Refund Policy

Free trial first

Every new account starts with a free trial so you can test the full product before paying. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel during the trial with no charge.

Monthly plans

Cancel any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing month. If you were charged by mistake or did not intend to renew, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full.

Yearly plans

Full refund if you request it within 30 days of the first yearly charge. After 30 days, yearly plans are non-refundable, but you keep access until the end of the paid year.

How to request

Email hello@roapprove.com from the address on your account. Refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle, back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions

We may decline refunds in cases of abuse of this policy or violation of the Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
