Terms of Service
Last updated: November 6, 2026
1. Who we are
RO Approve ("the Service") is operated by Volodymyr Gubanov, a sole proprietor (FOP) registered in Ukraine ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@roapprove.com.
2. What the Service does
The Service lets auto repair shops create repair orders and estimates, send them to their customers for approval, and generate invoices. We do not process payments between you and your customers and we are not a party to those transactions.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the data you and your staff enter.
4. Subscription, billing and taxes
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle handles checkout, payment, applicable sales tax/VAT, invoices and refunds. By purchasing you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Prices are shown before checkout; we may change prices with 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal.
5. Free trial and cancellation
New accounts may receive a free trial. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.
6. Your data
You own the data you enter (customers, vehicles, repair orders, invoices). You grant us a licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. You can export your data at any time and we will delete it within 30 days of account closure on request. See our Privacy Policy.
7. Approval records
When a customer approves or declines an estimate through the Service we record the time, IP address, user agent and the line items as they were presented. These records are provided as-is to help you document authorization; whether they are sufficient for a given legal or regulatory purpose in your jurisdiction is your responsibility to determine.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to send unsolicited messages, to store data you have no right to process, to attack or overload the Service, or for anything unlawful.
9. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided by email and in-app chat, which may be assisted by automated systems; you will be told when you are interacting with an automated assistant.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where practical.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
